Greetings! I am sending this message to all instructors who are aligned with All Hearts Alive CPR Training/RCH. Please read the information carefully.
If your instructor certification lapsed on or before July 31, 2025 and you did not take steps to renew it prior to your expiration date, you are not eligible to renew and you will need to take the initial course if you wish to remain an instructor.
Starting today, all renewing instructor monitoring must be completed no later that the 10th of the month in which your renewal is due. You MAY renew early. In order to renew, you must have taught at least 4 classes in the 2 year cycle AND be monitored teaching a course, demonstrate your skills and pass the written provider exam.
Any monitoring completed with less than 7 days before your expiration will result in a $50 late fee. All AHA Certifications expire on the LAST day of the month.
New AHA Guidelines are coming out on October 22, 2025. Please pay close attention to emails from myself and American Heart Association. All instructors will be required to complete the updates and purchase new materials.
Please remember that all rosters should be submitted within 24 hours of course completion with all supporting documentation. ACLS & PALS require precourse assessments and they must receive a 70 or higher. This course generates a certificate and that is all thats needed as proof of completion. All classes require the skill sheets and BLS, ACLS & PALS all require exams. BLS and ACLS exams should be version C & D. PALS exam is still version A & B.
If your roster is rejected due to missing items, you have 5 days to correct it. Failure to do so will result in a written warning from RCH if it is still not corrected within 1 business day from this warning, this can lead to unalignment and revocation of your instructor status.
Please log in and view your dashboard on partners.rchealthservices.com to view any rejected rosters and make the necessary updates.
Thank you for all you do!
