This book was written by the CEO of All Hearts Alive CPR Training to provide you with the steps to becoming a certified CPR Instructor. My name is Tomika Grigsby and I am currently affiliated with the American Heart Association and as instructor, an instructor trainer, a training center faculty member and as the CEO of All Hearts Alive CPR Training LLC which is an American Hearts Association Training site. All Hearts Alive CPR training is also a licensed provider with American Red Cross and a training center with Health and Safety Institute. As a result of the frustration of trying to figure out where to start and the challenge of understanding the necessary steps it takes to become and instructor that I experienced years ago, as well as my current situation of answering these questions and having a multitude on conversation to assist people on the route to take, this book was conceived.
