Good morning! We are aware of the issue in partners that is not allowing you to add an email address. The work around until we get it fixed is to submit the roster without the email, then edit it with the pencil to the far right and add the emails back in. Do not pay for the cards again, just edit the roster to pay. We hope to have this resolved either today or early next week. Thank you!
If you have a roster that you submitted yesterday or today that is not approved yet, please go ahead and edit it to add the emails so we can get them to your students.
We were able to get this resolved. From this point on, you should be able to add the email in when you submit it. Any rosters from yesterday or this morning without an email, you will need to please edit so we can send the cards. Thank you!
