RCH update
Good morning! There are still several of you that may not have seen this email. Please read below. If you have already been doing this, thank you! As a reminder, this email goes to ALL instructors aligned with me and if you are only teaching for RC Health Services, this applies to you for our admin system. The partners site is for non RCHS Hosted courses.
Also, Infant is a required skill for BLS. The current exam versions are C&D for BLS and ACLS. We are still using PALS Version A & B. Your skill sheets should be dated 2020 or later. Anything prior to this is not the current guidelines and cannot be utilized.
This email communication is sent to ALL instructors affiliated with RC Health Services, if you are already uploading the required paperwork for each roster, then you can disregard this message
Good afternoon! Last fall, I sent an email reminding everyone that it is required to upload your paperwork into the documents and files section of the partners site when turning in rosters. Each time you create a roster, the system generates a folder. You are required to upload the sign in sheets, skill sheets and graded exams (when applicable) into this folder. Starting immediately, rosters that do not have paperwork will not be processed until the paperwork is uploaded.
AHA requires us to maintain these records for 3 years so, if you have not been doing this, you will need to go back and take care of it. We will reject the rosters that do not have the paperwork uploaded going forward and once it is uploaded, you can resubmit the same roster (do not make another payment - select OTHER as the payment type) and we can issue the cards. It will be advisable for you to communicate with us once the paperwork is uploaded and the roster is sent for approval again.
