Red Cross update starting in March:
Instructors and administrators will be required to enter a unique email address for each student when entering course records. The email must be different from the instructor and all other students in the class.
This will help ensure quick and easy access to course certificates as each student will receive their certificate via email immediately after the instructor closes the class. Additionally, unique emails make record-keeping for compliance purposes straightforward and easier.
