AHA Ecards
I apologize for the delay in sending this. As many of you have noticed, there are issues when sending cards to students. Though the cards are issued, many students are not receiving the email to claim their card. When this happens, please have the student go to heart.org/cpr/mycards and enter their name and email. The information much match exactly how you put it in partners. For example George W Foreman, Jr. george@yahoo.com would be First Name: George W Last Name Foreman, Jr. email george@yahoo.com. Information must match EXACTLY down to the punctuation that was or wasn't used. If this doesn't work, please reach out to me for the Ecard code and I can send it. The student should at that time revisit the site and enter ONLY their ecard code.
AHA is aware of the issues and is working to resolve it.
