Good morning! In the past, several of you have sent your student Ecards to one email address. This has always been against AHA Policy, but we were able to send them this way. As of yesterday, this is no longer an option. The Ecard system will no longer allow us to send the cards to the students if they all have the same email address. (The cards WILL NOT SEND and we are given an error message) Unfortunately, we do not control this as it is an AHA website/system. Going forward all students on your roster must have a different email. In addition, if a student email matches the email of the instructor, the same error will occur.
Atlas is designed in a way that every user, student or instructor, can have an account. Students may use their account to view their Ecards, register for courses, etc. My assumption is that this is the reason for the change and AHA blocking us from sending all cards to one email. I apologize for any inconvenience.
