Good afternoon! I just finished listening to a webinar on AHA's transition and it's important to note that we will NOT have access to Ecards (and be unable to issue ANY CARDS and students will not be able to claim unclaimed cards) from 5/31 at 5:30pm CST until June 5 after we have received an email to set up access with the new website.
Any unclaimed Ecards from students will still be able to be claimed after the transition. At this time, I do not know how to access this site. AHA will send an email out on June 5 with that information - be sure to look for it
Any unused cards not sent to students will be returned to the training center inventory and unless you send me a screenshot of what you have if you are an E Card location, I will not be able to return those cards.
It will be imperative that you let your students know about this delay. Additionally, please be SURE to look for an email on 6/5 inviting you to set up your account on Atlas.
In addition, if you have an instructor that we added to AHA in the last 2 weeks, it is very likely they will not transition to the new system and will need to set up access again after June 5. There will be NO instructors added to AHA until AFTER the transition. Please do not have anyone request alignment until after June 5. It will need to be through the new site. It sounds like they will now have to receive an instructor card BEFORE their alignment can be approved.On June 5, you will log into the new system with your credentials from the previous site once you receive the email. You will need to wait until that email is received.
