Prevention First: Health Care 2025 Online Training is a 30 minute, on-demand training that provides all health care personnel with the skills to identify escalating behaviors, establish a shared language across departments, apply trauma-informed best practices, and recognize when to call for help. Our updated Prevention first Online Training is designed for all individuals working in health care settings, including support staff, administrative personnel, clinicians, and physicians. Features & Benefits -evidence-based, trauma-informed best practices help staff recognize and respond safely to escalating behaviors before they lead to violence. -designed to fit busy schedules, the 30-minute, on- demand online delivery format allows staff to complete training their convenience. -Four focused, interactive lessons help establish a shared language across all staff and departments for responding to crises. -Downloadable resource reinforces key takeaways and keeps essential skills top of mind-even after training ends.
Cancellation Policy
refund- We will only provide refund if requested within 24 hours of booking/payment. The refund includes a $24 processing fee ( to be deducted from approved refund). We do NOT provide refunds after 24hrs of booking. We do NOT provide refunds nor returns on any product purchases. Cancellation/refunds-We will only provide refund for cancellations made within 24 hrs of booking. The cancellation includes a $24 fee (to be deducted from refund) cancellation/reschedule-We will allow a ONE TIME ONLY cancellation with reschedule. If requested within 24 hrs of booking there is NO FEE. If request after 24hrs of booking & 24hrs from start time of course the reschedule fee is $50. No show-we will NOT refund nor reschedule no shows and/or contact made withing 24 hrs prior to start time of course.
