MONITORED AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION- CPR INSTRUCTOR RENEWAL
Service Description
The CPR Instructor Renewal Course is designed to assist American Heart Association (AHA) CPR instructors maintain current instructor status. Instructors currently aligned with All Hearts Alive Training Site are required to attend this renewal course before their instructor status expires. Criteria for Instructor Renewal Eligibility ● Instructors MUST have taught at least FOUR courses in the last 2 years AND be monitored teaching OR attend an instructor renewal course. ● These courses MUST be for each discipline they are renewing. ● For BLS, if they are teaching a Heartsaver course, the classes they have taught will count towards their renewal as long as 1 of those 4 classes is a BLS course, otherwise, they will renew as an Heartsaver Instructor. ● Instructors who are renewing must demonstrate their skills AND complete the written provider exam and written instructor exam as a part of their renewing requirements. Must have current provider card- can purchase one at time of recertification.
Cancellation Policy
refund- We will only provide refund if requested within 24 hours of booking/payment. The refund includes a $24 processing fee ( to be deducted from approved refund). We do NOT provide refunds after 24hrs of booking. We do NOT provide refunds nor returns on any product purchases. Cancellation/refunds-We will only provide refund for cancellations made within 24 hrs of booking. The cancellation includes a $24 fee (to be deducted from refund) cancellation/reschedule-We will allow a ONE TIME ONLY cancellation with reschedule. If requested within 24 hrs of booking there is NO FEE. If request after 24hrs of booking & 24hrs from start time of course the reschedule fee is $50. No show-we will NOT refund nor reschedule no shows and/or contact made withing 24 hrs prior to start time of course.
