Service Description
The First Aid Online course will prepare you to recognize emergencies and to take action. This interactive course includes audio and video and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.You must pass a final quiz to complete the course.
Cancellation Policy
refund- We will only provide refund if requested within 24 hours of booking/payment. The refund includes a $24 processing fee ( to be deducted from approved refund). We do NOT provide refunds after 24hrs of booking. We do NOT provide refunds nor returns on any product purchases. Cancellation/refunds-We will only provide refund for cancellations made within 24 hrs of booking. The cancellation includes a $24 fee (to be deducted from refund) cancellation/reschedule-We will allow a ONE TIME ONLY cancellation with reschedule. If requested within 24 hrs of booking there is NO FEE. If request after 24hrs of booking & 24hrs from start time of course the reschedule fee is $50. No show-we will NOT refund nor reschedule no shows and/or contact made withing 24 hrs prior to start time of course.
