De-escalation Basics is an online course from Crisis Prevention Institute, designed to equip all K-12 education staff with practical skills to handle challenging student behaviors and crises, resulting in a safer and more supportive learning environment for everyone. Cancellation Policy
refund- We will only provide refund if requested within 24 hours of booking/payment. The refund includes a $24 processing fee ( to be deducted from approved refund). We do NOT provide refunds after 24hrs of booking. We do NOT provide refunds nor returns on any product purchases. Cancellation/refunds-We will only provide refund for cancellations made within 24 hrs of booking. The cancellation includes a $24 fee (to be deducted from refund) cancellation/reschedule-We will allow a ONE TIME ONLY cancellation with reschedule. If requested within 24 hrs of booking there is NO FEE. If request after 24hrs of booking & 24hrs from start time of course the reschedule fee is $50. No show-we will NOT refund nor reschedule no shows and/or contact made withing 24 hrs prior to start time of course.
