Service Description
De-escalation Basics™ for Bus Drivers is a 25-minute, online, on-demand course that provides school bus drivers with the foundational skills needed to manage crisis situations on their bus routes. This course helps bus drivers identify and respond to escalating behaviors, supporting a whole-school, coordinated approach to creating felt safety for all students. Quantity 1 ADD TO CART Training program features include: • On-demand, online course that accommodates busy schedules • 3 focused lessons that quickly provide staff with foundational de-escalation skills • Downloadable reference guide with key concepts and terms Staff will gain: • Essential awareness skills to identify escalating behaviors • A common language across departments to effectively discuss crises • The skills to identify when to call for help
Cancellation Policy
refund- We will only provide refund if requested within 24 hours of booking/payment. The refund includes a $24 processing fee ( to be deducted from approved refund). We do NOT provide refunds after 24hrs of booking. We do NOT provide refunds nor returns on any product purchases. Cancellation/refunds-We will only provide refund for cancellations made within 24 hrs of booking. The cancellation includes a $24 fee (to be deducted from refund) cancellation/reschedule-We will allow a ONE TIME ONLY cancellation with reschedule. If requested within 24 hrs of booking there is NO FEE. If request after 24hrs of booking & 24hrs from start time of course the reschedule fee is $50. No show-we will NOT refund nor reschedule no shows and/or contact made withing 24 hrs prior to start time of course.
