Service Description

This Nonviolence Crisis Intervention training applies intervention at different crisis levels. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) Training prepares your staff to prevent and de-escalate medium to high-risk behavior using both restrictive and non-restrictive methods. This NCI is delivered in an online and in-person format. Identify with the Crisis Development Model CPI’s proprietary framework introduces a 4-step process for turning crises into an opportunity for positive outcomes. Plan with the Decision-Making Matrix CPI’s tool creates a plan for objectively responding to high-risk behavior, reducing the chance of severe outcomes. Explore what's beneath behavior Explores the effects of trauma and the psychology of the brain on the person in crisis as well as the responding individual.
