Service Description
ACLS is geared towards healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies or personnel in emergency response. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. Upon booking a link to complete the online training will be sent in your confirmation email (not included). Please complete this pretest online portion and bring printout of completion certificate.

Cancellation Policy
refund- We will only provide refund if requested within 24 hours of booking/payment. The refund includes a $24 processing fee ( to be deducted from approved refund). We do NOT provide refunds after 24hrs of booking. We do NOT provide refunds nor returns on any product purchases. Cancellation/refunds-We will only provide refund for cancellations made within 24 hrs of booking. The cancellation includes a $24 fee (to be deducted from refund) cancellation/reschedule-We will allow a ONE TIME ONLY cancellation with reschedule. If requested within 24 hrs of booking there is NO FEE. If request after 24hrs of booking & 24hrs from start time of course the reschedule fee is $50. No show-we will NOT refund nor reschedule no shows and/or contact made withing 24 hrs prior to start time of course.
